Due to the one of a kind nature of many of the items for sale,returns and refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis.
- Returns are not accepted on items that arrive in good condition,and are a result of ‘buyer’s remorse’.
- Items damaged during shipping must be brought to our attention ASAP,and provide photo evidence of the damage done. If items damaged are ones that I can replace,such as stickers,a replacement will be sent. One of a kind items will be dealtĀ with on a case by case basis as to what sort of refund will be issued. Generally if the damage is great enough,a refund minus the shipping costs will be given.
- Items that do not arrive should also be brought to our attention ASAP.
